Bruce Foxton in Brighton

I had a great trip to Brighton in April.

Obviously when in Brighton you have to visit the main attractions such as Quadrophenia Alley and The ModFather Clothing Store. Once again I came out of The ModFather with empty pockets. I bought a new Baracuta jacket -very difficult to resist. The main highlight was seeing, the one and only, Bruce Foxton, from The Jam, live in concert.

My dad and I went to see Bruce play with 'His All-Star Band' at a club called 'Chalk'. It was the perfect place to hear the band play as it is quite a small club and we could see the band up close.

They only played The Jam's top songs and the crowd had their eyes on the stage for the whole performance. For the audience this was their youth, taking them back to their teenage years. I definitely enjoyed it and could not stop jumping the whole time. By the time the gig had finished I felt like I had completed a full work out.

I would highly recommend anyone to see 'Bruce Foxton & His All-Star Band'. Although more mature in years, they definitely have still got it!
