Making a start on the Yamaha XT 250

Along with the GT, I have also now made a start on the Yamaha XT project. Taking the bike apart in some areas was not the easiest, as some of the nuts and bolts have rusted away. But, this is never too much for the angle grinder. Apart from this small drawback, I have managed to remove the battery, carburettor, throttle cables and parts of the air box. There is still a way to go and the frame looks like it may also need quite a lot of work, but nothing is ever impossible. Stay tuned for updates on this project and the progress on the GT.
